Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with our work, we make it right — transparently and fairly.
We refund service charges — no questions asked. Third-party tool costs and closed projects are excluded.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope or requirements, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will revise or refund your service charges. Your satisfaction is the measure of our success.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. They secure your spot in our project schedule and cover initial planning, research, and design work.
Payments for completed and client-approved milestones are non-refundable as they represent work already delivered, reviewed, and accepted by the client.
In the rare event we must cancel a project, we will provide a full refund for any work not yet delivered or started.
We do NOT refund costs incurred by third-party tools, APIs, or platforms used in your project (e.g. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Vercel, AWS). These are billed at cost and are non-refundable regardless of project outcome.
Once a project has been fully delivered, tested, reviewed, and formally closed — no refund requests will be accepted. A project is considered closed when the client has approved final delivery, all milestones have been signed off, and 7 days have passed since handover without a dispute being raised. We encourage clients to thoroughly review all deliverables before final approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
