Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every project to be a success. Here is how we handle cancellations and refund requests.
Project Deposits
All deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and cover initial planning and design work.
Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable as they represent work already delivered and approved by the client.
Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees
- After work begins: Refund for incomplete milestones only, minus work already completed
- After project delivery: No refund applicable
Cancellation by V2Developer LLC
In the rare event we must cancel a project, we will provide a full refund for any work not yet completed.
Monthly Services (SEO, Maintenance, Voice AI)
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for the current billing month
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at info@v2developer.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve any issues before considering refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
